OK… I just installed the latest release of Parallels and started tinkering with the new features… specifically the Coherence mode. Now you can overlap any of your open windows while your working and able to switch between each quick and easily.
The other think I really like about the new version is the speed that the VM exhibits, but within OS Window mode, the screen resolution of the window is dynamic — very nice.
Now to tinker with those powershell scripts. 
I am sooooo looking forward to installing Parallels on my BRAND NEW MacBook Pro (as soon as it gets here next week). I have played with the Windows version, but the Mac version has so many cooler features. WHY WHY WHY did I get the FREE Ground shipping!!!!
