    This is only an idea, but I think that this way of backup is unsafe! My reasoning is as follows: because there is no direct interaction between VMWare and the OS / Backup software (something like telling it: flush a consistent state to disk), you can’t guarantee that the image you back up will be in a consistent state. Ie. you will be able to get a back-up, only that you might have problems using it later.

    BTW. the new theme looks great!
