Trained Leader Patch
Two weeks ago, before leaving on business travel, I officially earned my Trained patch after attending our council’s Program and Training Conference (PTC). It was a day-long event that was full of good info. In all honesty, I don’t believe I was told anything within the CSLS I and II that I hadn’t already learned elsewhere. However, the open discussions with other webelos den leaders I found to be invaluable. Much like what the roundtables are supposed to be, I walked away with a wealth of information on different outings that we can arrange for our boys. For that part alone, it made the day worthwhile.
When will get the better patch, the one that reads “Untrainable”?
That’s the one to get.

We’re supposed to be handing out car kits at our next pack meeting. Race day is slated for mid-January,
