This morning I got up to check my mail and for whatever reason, went to my blog page. Once there I discovered that my blogroll as all of the same entry — and one that I hadn’t put there.
So I jumped on blogrolling.com and commensed to deleting the errant entries only soon to find out that my connection was now being refused. I couldn’t connect to blogrolling.com at all.
So… I went ahead and disabled my piece of javascript that loads my blogroll and went to work. Once at work, I discovered via RSS feed from Chad, that blogrolling.com had been hacked.
The funny part, if you can consider being hacked funny, is that Jason is restoring the database from Saturday thus any additions or deletions that have occurred since then are lost. Of ALL the weekends for me to alter my blogroll.
No big deal though… I just hope Jason is successful in pinning down the source of this hack.
